What we collect and why
If you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, phone number (if you give it) and your message. We use them only to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a customer, to provide our services. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to deal with your request and any relationship that follows.
Who else is involved
This website is hosted by TinySite (0T TinyTax Ltd), which delivers contact form messages to us by email and deletes its copy after 30 days. To keep out spam, the contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check it's being used by a person, and messages are screened automatically by an AI service (Anthropic or OpenAI). Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them. This website does not use cookies.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, or ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. To do so, use the contact form on this website.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
